Technical Development
TTB Engineering has an own department for Technical Development. It comprehends mechanical, electrical and software development and is equipped by the most updated tools. Product care, new developments and development of specific solutions for Customers are the main activities.

Production
The production of mechanical components for our machines is performed by an associated Company. The advantages for such a solution are: High accuracy and care for details, reliable know-how, productive flexibility and very short reaction times. The internal machine tool dept. allows rapid modifications or adjustments on components. The carpentry dept. next door completes our production means.

Assembly
The standard as well as the special machines are all assembled at TTB. The assembly comprehends the mechanical as well as the electrical (cabinets and machine) parts of the machine. This allows a continuous in-process control and feed-back under the individual responsibility of the qualified technical staff.

Technical Application
The Technical Application team takes care about the final start-up of the machines, sampling productions, machining programs (Fanuc and Numroto), configuration of the machining process, commissioning, training and acceptance runs. Experience and flexibility are the guidelines of this Team.

Quality Control
The Control facilities allow the quality and dimensional controls of machined parts and mechanical components. Quality protocols and checklists allow traceability of TTB quality and guarantee the requested standards.

Technical Support
For Customers as well as for TTB, Technical Support has highest priority. This is a well-known fact at TTB. Know-how, readiness to help, fast reaction are the guidelines for this Team.
